01Brief
Yosha is an Indian online brand of women's ethnic wear: kurtis, suit sets, sarees, co-ord sets, Indo-western dresses and scarf combos, from about ₹600 to about ₹6,000. The goal: sell more on yosha.shop, at a return that keeps the ads paying for themselves.
02Strategy and testing
From December 2024 to December 2025 I ran Yosha's Meta and Google ads, with about ₹3 lakh a month to spend, and made the ads myself in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
Yosha belongs to the same company as CapShap and Hudhawk, so I tested it the same way: one thing at a time, across audiences, creatives, offers and the split between Meta and Google. The audience was different, though. The cap brands sell on trends; Yosha's shoppers are women buying ethnic wear. So the ads leaned more on offers and combos.
03Website
Alongside the ads, I redesigned the whole Yosha store and reworked it, product pages included, so shoppers could get from browsing to buying more easily. These screenshots are from the live site in October 2026.

04Results
Over the year, every ₹1 spent on ads brought in ₹2.5 to ₹3 in sales.
05Learnings
- One way of testing worked for all three brands, but the approach had to change with the audience.
- For Yosha, offers and combos were what brought in the sales.
